Bullhead City Housing Trends – January 2017

Copy (2) of iStock_000000519031MediumIn January 2017, The Bullhead City real estate market saw 109 homes sold with a sale price volume of $16,415,010 . The average time on market was about 86 days with the majority of homes selling within the first 30 days of being listed. Median sales price for January was around $134,500 with the average sales price being about $150,596.

Bank financing overtook Cash this month with 55 units sold using Conventional, FHA or a VA loan, where there were only 45 units sold using cash.  5 units were sold using Owner Carry financing and 2 units were sold using a 1031 Exchange.

Of the 109 Bullhead City homes sold in January, three bedroom units were definitely the preference, with 62 sold, with 36 one and two bedrooms homes sold, and 11 homes sold with four bedrooms or more.
